Shipping

The following shipping terms apply:

• International orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days.
• If your order contains one or more pre-order items, we will generally ship your entire order once all items are available.
• Please allow an additional 3–4 business days for the delivery of personalised items.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

All orders are shipped with DHL.

We charge the following flat-rate shipping fees for international orders:

• Benelux countries (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg): €7.95
• Finland: €7.95
• Denmark, Sweden and Portugal: €9.95

For deliveries to Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy and Spain, please visit the respective country website, which can be selected from the country menu at the top of the page.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may apply to international shipments are not included in the prices or shipping costs and must be paid separately by the recipient.
