We ship all orders with DPD from our Slumbersac warehouse in Germany
Postage and packing will automatically be added to your order as follows:
FREE SHIPPING for orders above $100 (8-12 business days delivery time)
$4.99 for orders $50 - $99.99 (8-12 business days delivery time)
$9.99 for orders below $50 (8-12 business days delivery time)
DUTY and IMPORT SALES TAX are included in our shipping costs and don't have to be paid by customers.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Unfortunately we are currently not able to ship our products to Alaska and Hawaii.

Slumbersac will happily assist with a return of any of our products purchased from us within 30 days of the original receipt.

All returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original packaging with tags still attached. We will not accept dirty, washed, or used products. We do not accept return of personalised item.
When you send your return product back to Slumbersac please ensure to follow the steps below:
- Pleas send us an email to [email protected] and indicate the product you would like to return
- Once the item/s have been received we will confirm the item/s are in the agreed condition as above, once confirmed we will refund the order. An email will be sent to you to confirm receipt and a payment link if required.

We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product we would ask you to return it to us within a reasonable period of time. We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. We want you to love your product and we hope you receive it in perfect condition but occasionally something goes wrong and a product gets delivered that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product please conact us.
